Ordering Information

When you place an order through Magic Hat’s website, Magic Hat will ship your order, following credit card approval, within 2 business days (48 hours).

If we are out of stock on a particular item, we will notify you within 2 business days of receiving your order, and we will ship your order as soon as that item is available. You may cancel a backorder at any time prior to shipping.

Shipping Information

Magic Hat uses FedEx for all shipping and please note that FedEx can only deliver to street addresses, and cannot ship to PO Boxes. FedEx makes no guarantees on deliveries.

Shipments can also made via USPS if you so choose. Sometimes USPS is the cheapest choice. Again, USPS makes no guarantees on shipping.

2-6 business days from time order was fulfilled.

Returns and Exchanges

When your order arrives if you are not 110% satisfied Just return your unused/unworn items within 60 days and we will refund your purchase. SORRY BOTTOM OF THE BARREL ITEMS MAY NOT BE RETURNED!

As long as your wearable is NEITHER WASHED NOR WORN, you can exchange it. Please mail the shirt back to:
