magichat: We're just mad about saffron.

Every 400 years, something turns, well, 400. Beginning with a special kick-off event on July 2nd, Burlington turns into a hub for some of today's best musical acts. With shows taking place at Burlington's Waterfront Park, the stunning views of Lake Champlain and the Adirondacks will set the scene for two unforgettable weeks of music, food and fine Magic Hat brews.
Hip hop wonders and current Jimmy Fallon Show house band The Roots kick off the Quadricentennial Concert Series on July 5th. Following their prolific performance will be Steve Earle playing with Aimee Mann on July 8th, blues guru Buddy Guy with Bettye LaVette on July 9th, Ween and Antibalas Afrobeat Orchestra on July 11th and local jammers Grace Potter & The Nocturnals on July 12th.
Music, arts, food and a really big body of water await your eyes, ears and mouths. If you're able, get your booty down to Burlington to boogy through the warm evenings of early-July with some sick beats and sweet beers on the waterfront. We'll be giving away tickets via our Contests Page in the weeks leading up to the shows, so enter now for a chance to win! To purchase your tickets, hit up FlynnTix.
