Magic Hat Beer Bread


If you can forego drinking one bottle of Magic Hat, you can use it to make this super easy beer bread that will have everyone thinking you slaved over it! Bonus - your house will smell awesome while it's baking! It's delicious right out of the oven with butter and, if there's any left, makes fantastic toast the next day!
Ingredients12 oz of your favorite Magic Hat beer (I like #9 and the bread matches the label!)
3 cups self rising flour
3 Tablespoons sugar

Cooking InstructionsMix all ingredients until well blended. Pour into greased bread pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Brush top with melted butter after 45 minutes then return to oven. Makes 1 loaf.
