Ingredientslasagna noodles one box(not the already baked kind)1 egg riccota cheese 16 oz.,cottage cheese 16 oz.,ragu (or homemade) sauce 32 oz,mozzerella cheese 24 oz.,ground sausage 1lb.gound beef 1lb & of course three bottles of lucky kat brew.
Cooking InstructionsFirst you put your lasagna noodles into a 5 quart pot & bring them to a boil.Let the noodles boil until they just start to get floppy.Drain noodles and run cold water over them til they are chilled.
well the noodles are cooling, put your sausage & beef into a large skillet & cook on medium heat until browned, drain the grease from the pain & put it back on the burner at low flame Now is when you add your two bootles of lucky kat into the skillet with the meat.Keep stirring the meat & beer for eight minutes.Drain off the beer from the meat & let stand with no heat for about ten minutes.
Now you put together your riccota & cottage cheese and egg & one bottle of lucky kat,in a large bowl & mix together(about two minutes) now take a large cake pan You will be layering your sauce & mozzerella
