Wacko Ribs

I'm a huge fan of slow cooking my ribs in beer before they hit the open flame. I used to just use whatever I had in the fridge, but since I've become pregnant, I can't stand the smell of cheap beer. So, we only keep good beer around now, thankfully. My dear Fiance left me with one Wacko in the fridge, so I had no choice but to cook with it. So along with my bottle of wacko, a half a rack of pork ribs and my favorites Janes mixed-up seasoning salt, I got to cookin'!
Ingredients1/2 Rack (or a full rack) of pork Ribs
1 bottle of wacko
Generous amount of Janes mixed up seasoning salt (any seasoning salt will do really)
Cooking InstructionsPreheat your oven to 260 degrees. Give the ribs a nice rub with the seasoning salt, remember I said a generous amount so go nuts. Place the well seasoned rack of ribs into a glass baking dish (aluminum tray would be fine as well). Pour the wacko into the baking dish and then cover tightly with aluminum foil. Place the ribs in the oven for 3 hours and let them do their own thing. Once they're done slow cooking in the oven, fire up your BBQ. Toss the ribs on the grill to give them those nice, seared grill lines and then enjoy!!!
