Disqualification. Prize winners will be selected by Sponsor in a random drawing to be held on or about July 2, 2009 from among all eligible entries received by Sponsor, whose decision is final in all matters relating to this Game. Winners will be notified by confirmed overnight delivery or phone or e-mail at Sponsor's discretion. Winners have twenty-four (24) hours to claim prize after notification. Winners may not substitute or transfer prizes. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize with a prize of equal or greater value. Claiming the prize means meeting all entry requirements and signing and returning the Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability/Publicity Release and, with respect to the Grand Prize, being available for travel to the Amsterdam between August 25-31, 2009 and making trip reservations in a timely manner as provided in materials sent with the prize notification. 9. Restrictions on entrants. Winner and guest must hold valid US passports and be eligible for international travel to Holland. All potential winners are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded. 10. Release and Disclaimer. All entrants agree to hold harmless and release Sponsor, its affiliates, parent, subsidiaries, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, the service agencies and independent contractors of any of the above and all others associated with the development and execution of this Game from any and all liability with respect to or in any way arising from this Game; participation in any Game-related activity; and/or delivery/misdelivery, acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize, including, but not limited to, liability for personal injury, bodily injury (including wrongful death or disability), damage to property, and damage or loss of any other kind. Only the number of prizes stated in these Official Rules will be awarded. In the event of a dispute regarding entries received from multiple users having the same email account, the authorized subscriber of the email account used to play/enter will be deemed to be the participant, and must comply with these rules. Each winner's acceptance of any prize constitutes the grant and assignment to Sponsor forever in any media worldwide of an unconditional right to use winner's name, address (city and state only), voice, likeness, photograph, biographical and prize information and/or statements about the promotion for any Sponsor publicity, advertising and promotional purposes without additional review, compensation, permission or approval of the winner, except where prohibited by law. 12. Prize Details (restrictions apply): One Grand Prize (1 Grand Prize Winner. One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a trip for the Winner and a guest for (6) six nights and five (5) days to Amsterdam, Holland from August 25, 2009 until August 31, 2009.The prize includes: roundtrip airfare for Winner and one (1) guest (two (2) total travelers) from the airport that is, in the sole discretion of the Sponsor, closest to Winner's home (restrictions apply) to Amsterdam Airport; accommodations for two people (one room double occupancy) at a hotel of Sponsor's choice from arrival in Amsterdam until departure on August 31, 2009, cold buffet breakfast each day of the tour at the hotel, a canal cruise and a walking tour of "dark" Amsterdam, transfers between Amsterdam Airport and the hotel and Five Hundred Dollars ($500) awarded in the form of a check in the Winner's name for spending money. ARV of Grand Prize is $4,475.

Travel to and from the departure/arrival US airport, US transfers, passport fees, and all meals, entertainment, fees, costs, taxes or expenses whatsoever of any nature not specifically listed here are the responsibility of Winner. Winner's trip reservations must be made within the time frame provided by Sponsor must be made with the travel agent designated by Sponsor or the Grand Prize will be forfeited. Guests must travel on the same itinerary as the Winner. 13. Odds of winning. Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received. For winner's name, hand print your name and complete address on a 3 x 5 card and mail to Magic Hat Summer Scene in Amsterdam Winner, 5 Bartlett Bay Road, South Burlington, VT 05403 for receipt on or before October 1, 2009 (VT residents may omit return postage). The prize will be awarded unless Sponsor cannot obtain requisite waivers and prize acceptances from potential winners in a timely manner, in which case the Grand Prize may not be awarded. 14. Release and Acceptance of Rules. By accepting a prize, winners and their guest(s) agree to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability/Publicity and Release holding Sponsor and its agents and any provider of any prize harmless from all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind resulting from acceptance, possession or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injuries, death and property damage. By participating in this Game, participant agrees to be bound by all the Official Rules of this Game. 15. Conditions of Entry.
