Wall to Canvas 2012

Proud to be in its third year, Wall to Canvas is an annual live art competition hosted at Magic Hat's unique South Burlington Artifactory. Magic Hat continues to keep it real with mouth watering craft brews always on tap and the Shelburne Craft School is the place where craft has been made in Vermont, since 1945. Together they create an event that boasts cold beers, fresh art, live music, and an opportunity to take a piece of it all home with you!

Wall to Canvas features twelve artists that are chosen from around the region for their style and creativity. Competing live, they each start with blank 4' x 4' canvases and finish with off-the-wall and into-your-home masterpieces! You are the judge, all members of the audience may vote for their favorite works of art, ensuring a large cash prize will go directly to one very street smart artist. You are also the winner...of some very cool artwork, when you place your bid in the live auction to benefit both the talented artists and the many creative programs of the Shelburne Craft School.

DIRECTIONS

Magic Hat Artifactory is located at 5 Bartlett Bay Road, South Burlington VT.

Take I-89 North towards Burlington (if you're coming from the North, take I-89 South). Take exit 13 to merge onto I-189 toward US 7/Shelburne/Burlington. Turn left at Shelburne Rd/Route 7. 1.4 miles down the road on your right will be Bartlett Bay Road. The Magic Hat Artifactory will be on your right.
